Chloe has always felt cheated by the work she’d been assigned - she’s smart and ambitious, but an algorithm stuck her in isolation at a space station systems job pushing the same few buttons every day. (Probably the personality test picked up on how manipulative she is and endeavoured to keep her away from other people) She knows that she’s meant for better things, but there’s no social mobility so she’s stuck. She volunteered for the acting job without really knowing anything about it out of sheer boredom-induced despair, but quickly realized that if she plays her cards right, this is her ticket to easy street. It’s mostly been easy so far, the acting, since the Abominations aren’t real people anymore anyway, but now her carefully built house of cards is threatening to collapse.

She named her beast self Circe after the mythological figure who turns people into animals because she thought it was funny.

Ike absolutely needs to poke his nose where it doesn't belong, I'm just saying. 8D

Oh I know. And the “you just need to pray harder and it’ll happen eventually” schtick won’t work with him.

(I am also terrible and not adverse to him dying if things come to that, but then there's the caveat that Hajime would be like...100x harder to deal with.)

He is at this point far from the WORST problem she has to deal with but also he needs to. Calm down. (I’m thinking about seeing if the producers will just ... clone him another kid, since they keep genetic material of all citizens. In the end that might make things worse but it might get him off her ass long enough to kill some of the other trouble makers lol)

So fun fact: Thorn the weaver actually used to be Char the head mythic designer until about four or five years ago, when she was turned into a mythic herself without her memory. Which means that she probably designed Chloe.

Ah, and Chloe went willingly so maybe they actually worked on that together for a bit.

Yep! She was good at her shit too. Chloe probably looks awesome.

She does, but if she’d known in advance how this could potentially go down she might have designed herself better for murder lol.

I've been told that Circe was ordered to kill Jayden - would you like to coordinate with Delaunay-mun to coordinate the two murder attempts and maybe have both of their attempts not work because they accidentally sabotage each other's attempt with their own? Or whatever else - if we coordinate it now, it can be played out next mingle.

Yes she was - though she’s doing some poorly planned nonsense to try and punish Cain in week 2 lol so she might be busy. She has a contact among the humans who can control the midges so they could coordinate that way? I’m sure Branch would love to get that order from her lmao.

I'm happy for you two to decide whatever, as long as Jayden doesn't actually die. Give him a good scare instead (or make him not even notice lmao because he bent down at the wrong moment), I'm game for pretty much anything that doesn't involve game or permanent severe damage.

Yeah lmao asking Branch to coordinate a murder is probably not the best plan.

Anything to report from week 2/plans for week 3?

Okay, week 2:

- Had a minor confrontation with Stone
- Started a gossip campaign against Cain
- Was found guilty at the council and demoted and sentenced to some kind of manual labor
- Also she didn't specifically do this but Acantha told her producer contact that she'd tried to kill him, which obviously is not great for her situation

Next week: idk but my girl is Real Mad and some people are probably going to have a bad time.
