It's one of the largest privately owned cargo balloons, its captain is an "independent trader," & if Sabetha is around people will point her out. She had a much smaller vessel until a year ago.

Armin is pre-Moebius, and Min Cho was his infiltrator self - an orphan from Joseon, raised by his sister after a house fire when he was 10, who is a genius and scientific child-prodigy. Getting into University at the age of 12, he was recruited by the evil secret organization Vexiator, who saw both his talent and that he and his sister were vulnerable enough to take advantage of. The brainwashing was not as effective as the other scientists assumed it would be, and the Mantis broke out and killed all the scientists, with the exception of the Cho siblings - but they both believed the other to be dead. Min didn't feel his life was worth living anymore, with everything taken from him - but he refused to let everything his sister had sacrificed to make him a scientist be in vain. So he dedicated himself to becoming the best scientist in the world.

Obviously, this included learning from some of the current scientists who vied for such a title, and Blitzkopf understandably topped that list. This is what lead Min to, by whatever means, make it aboard the flight of the Zeitgeist to meet him.

The first thing that's going to cause him a flash of deja vu this time is a massive quilted balloon with a painfully blue gondola called the Seventh Sky - only in his memory, its balloon is sleek and red, and its goldola and fittings are brass, and where it now has outrigger cargo pods, it should have sleek propeller engines.

update: Blitzkopf was not, in fact, ON that flight, as he would have been busy finishing up the Zeitgeist's replacement.

Ah. But was he supposed to be? Rather, did people believe he'd be there? I can't find where the flight of the Zeitgeist is actually described, what it was about

No, he was not scheduled to be. It was a diplomatic junket. Hoped to be, maybe - it being a prussian airship, and him being a prussian airship designer. But not planned to be.

Hmm, okay. Then Armin could have probably been working for some lesser noble or wealthy merchant or something at the time who'd brought him along. Would that be doable?

Armin will first be trying to delve into Hijikata's memory - with permission - to try and see if he can uncover some of what happened last time the Travelers were here.

Any success? Will they discover anything?

Probably a mix of investigator mind reading and memory sharing, since he's willing and doing what he can to help the process, if that makes sense.

Armin does not have psychic healing, if that was an implied question.

Another one he doesn't have yet. Okay! I didn't actually want him to learn much, since I'm still planning on having him try on himself and accidentally use memory immersion. But this seemed a logical first step.

The sight of proxies lacquered in brighter colors during the festival will bring back the memory of several proxies in different, but also bright hues wielding knives in the interior of an airship somewhere.

Questing Sense will draw him to Minako.

New flashback - the sight of a zeppelin dumping trash will trigger a memory of something being jettisoned from the Zeitgeist - bodies, both still and mobile.

Initially into alchemy, but she will sideline that to look into airship construction and the possible significance of the knife-wielding proxies' colours once those memories hit.

Got it! As her previous infiltrator ID was an alchemist, she could get other flashbacks - but not significant ones, just deja vu for other alchemical experiments.

Liara and Riddick are planning to combine their memories of the battle on the Zeitgeist in hopes of teasing out more context through their combined perspectives than either of them has on their own.

Not really expecting anything to come of it oocly, but we figured we should give you a heads up.
