Riddick is pre-Moebius vet, and he was infiltrated for the last Jaunt, either as somebody's bodyguard or an assassin or something along those lines. I'd love for him to get recognized for his previous Jaunt self, if that's doable.

Certainly doable. Assassin-wise, he'd probably have been from the Raj, one of the Wolf's Children, or a Hashashin. Bodyguard-wise, he could have been from anywhere, there were international delegations!

I'm gonna go with Hashashin, so that the agents that take Malik in are the ones who recognize him, so that they each have a backup of sorts XD 'Sides, if Neeshka is in this Jaunt, she'll automatically wind up with ties to the Wolf Children sorts, so I wouldn't wanna double up.

Was the Jaunt last time any type of influence on Phoenix? I admit I'm having a bit of trouble trying to figure out a good story for the previous time myself.

Not really - other side of the world from where he was. As an infiltrator this time, it's less necessary to have a sense for what you were doing while investigating last time - infiltrators won't be subject to the same deja vu.
