He did his level best to keep order in the caves and pass along any keeping warm tips from himself, Faith (Bernkastel/Nabiki), and others. On the second day of the cave snow-in, he had a hard talk with Taichi and confiscated some of his meds with the intent to ration them. Faith dropped the charity cattle bomb on him via email, but I'm not sure how good the internet is in a blizzard cave situation.
