Master of Ceremonies - Beato

You’re a childhood friend of the Former Druid (sibling or cousin are also valid options - plot with AL!); once upon a time, the two of you did everything together, up to and including preparing for the initiation rite. You passed the test, eventually accruing honor and acclaim among the druids; your friend failed and took off for Gaule, and you haven’t seen him since.

Until now. He’s back for the abdicoronation ceremony, full of ominous statements - and you can’t tell whether they’re meant to be taunts or warnings after so long apart. On top of that, everyone wants you to take a side in the matter of succession, when they should all know druids are supposed to be neutral.

Relationships:
Rightful Heir - They’re a good kid. You’ve already got a good working relationship with them and you’ve been looking forward to dealing with them in the future.
High King’s Child - If their father had been their mother, they’d have been a fine heir. As it is, you wish they’d realize that you’re supposed to be neutral and stop trying to get you to support their claim.
Master of Ceremonies - A dedicated servant of the High Crown and the genii of Albion alike.
Former Druid/Possessed Former Druid - They aren’t the person you used to know. Then they REALLY aren’t the person you used to know.
Rich Dabbler - It’s stupid to feel like you’ve been replaced. You still feel like you’ve been replaced.
Genius-Descendant - Your old best friend’s protegee. You can see why they chose them.
Magical Contract Lawyer - Maybe you could get them to tell you about what your old friend’s been doing since they ran off?

Plot Skill: Voice of Albion - A gift of the Lady of Albion, when you use this Voice you can be heard by anyone in a hundred-foot radius as clearly as if you were standing next to them--and anyone of Albion (or any of its alternate universe counterparts) will have to listen to what you’re saying, whether or not they choose to heed your words.

Bettrys has been focusing on her actual job, shock of shocks. She knows Percy is here (or rather, briefly reunited with him while trying to suss out what his deal is now) and has also had a conversation with Phillipe and the Dabbler, but hasn't gotten any information about the Circle of Solomon particularly.

Bettrys knows that Percy is here to do something big now, but she didn't get any details on what, nor does she know she's too late to stop it, technically, yet. She's going to be doing her best to track him down next week and she'll deal with the Ocean when she figures out that's who she's talking to now.

She'll also probably start looking up exorcism rituals after that encounter, because having a major genius on the level of Albion (if not stronger) kicking around Albion uncontrolled is almost as bad an idea as having two eligible heirs to the throne is.

Bettrys has confronted the Atlantic and made an offer to get him an audience with Albion so we can handle this Nice And Diplomatically instead of everyone dying. Bii mentioned we could do the audience next week; I'm still waiting on an IC reply, though.

Bluh. Peace between major genii and Percy in custody is the main thing. Let's put a bow on the coronation and then get out of the way I guess.

I'm not sure what to do exactly about the ceremony of the crown being passed down, but Caelum is going to try and push it forward like normal, I just wanted to coordinate any troubles before it goes all down
