Seeing as "guys this is far too rash" re: Olympus obviously wasn't going to work, she's going to be trying to keep the peace and try to organize the less daring types to get things under control at least with regards to the human element.

Assuming our daring mountaineers have returned, she's going to be running around trying to find out what they learned and trying to suss out a SENSIBLE PLAN that isn't more dashing off doing foolish things SLOW DOWN PEOPLE.
