Hmm, so would the partition mind basically separate them, and then the mind palace allows them to meet? That's my gut instinct but I could be wrong.

In concert with Memory Restoration to allow the other consciousness to come forth, yes. It would be Partition, Restoration (on one half of the Partition), Mind Palace.

another question based on this: Once the partition is done, which half is in control, or could they switch? My understanding is that the partitioned part is "suppressed" but if both partitioned parts are essentially a separate person, that might switch things up a bit.

One half would have to be designated as in charge at partition time. They could communicate via mind palace, and take direction from one another, but not switch who was in control.

Okay! Let's say that Traveler!Lupa isn't the one in charge. Would he still be aware, and, say, able to use the Network?

Also, how would such a partition affect when Spartoi!Lupa ends up going Harbinger again?
