I would think she'd be more likely to flicker in an out of Harbinger status, and might change multiple times per scene.

As for her body in the waking world - was she being kept in a medbay or cryogenically frozen? Would it still be kept safe or would it be losing power from life-support with the rebellion?

No more or less damage than any other Hasrbinger! Just a faster toggle switch.
She was in a medbay, and while nothing the rebellion did would have directly effected her, you could play around with that if you wanted to - say Diabolins after the fact directed power away from her life support systems and towards security.
