Barry is the cranky old bastard of an Angel of Punishment and one of the appointed Princes of the Marketplace - Bartholomew, the Angel of Scorpions. He has been here for like literally ever, guys, he was the original guy who got the Princedom from Dhuosnos. And he has seen A Lot, and he is So Tired and he Hates Everyone. Let him rest he's so done with all you fucks.
He has some wares to give as well: or rather more specifically, to trade - one each of all the Sins, in significant quantities. He is a wholesaler, after all.
He would ALSO be willing to trade smaller, less fucking bullshitly powerful stuff: small or weak items keyed to the themes of punishment, abuse, pain, poison and scorpions. Don't expect any Virtues from him, he's so fucking jaded.
Sara is a Guardian Angel who flew under Barahi, Saraiel. She has a sense of humor, an abundance of Kindness and Diligence (and Wrath), and a soft spot for Peregrines.
Qrow will be infiltrating as a demon named Corvus. He's heavily themed after crows and controls hellfire made ones. He's mostly on the hedonistic and chaotic side of demons.
His task is simply to seduce people/mortals to act on their desires even if it means to sin.
Naoya is infiltrator persona-ing as Purson, a demon of forbidden knowledge and contracts. He trades in the way to make familiars heed your call and to find magical power.
Shiro will be infiltrating as Barahi, the former Guardian Angel.
Back when he was an angel, he was a Lieutenant in the Celestial Army, but when his friends and colleagues rebelled, he sheathed his sword and asked that diplomacy be used instead of force. For this he was punished.
Cast out, he briefly lost his sword and spent some time single-mindedly hunting for it until it was found. Súrion (son of the wind) was a symbol of his duty, his rank, his purpose, and now it never leaves his side. His primary demense is attached to this sword, granting him some manipulation of the winds, and is a castle built of mist riding the air currents between the walls of a steep canyon deeper into Purgatory. He has also gotten a demense in a slightly more hospitable area that grants him the ability to teleport beings to that area and back again from wherever he happens to be standing. It also grants him a supernatural speed both in travel and in individual motions if he wants to. Faster than the eye can track.
He has a tent near the head of Styx Lane (the newbie area) closer to the Princes' tents, where he sells protections and escort services. He'll get you safely to a place and guard you along the way. Or if you prefer a charm of protection he has those too. You can also barter for a stay in his demense, which will allow you a safe place to rest and the amenities a mid-ranked Sithen can offer.
Barahi has a known soft spot for Peregrines - especially those who are new or lost. He's very calm and quiet, something of a diplomat, and very protective of the weak.
If you would like to be a friend, acquaintance, former ally, or current enemy, hit me up! I would also be happy to have someone who is paying for his services as their bodyguard!
Dhuosnos, the Old Man of the Market, will be played by none other than our old, familiar (often horribly dead) friend Tobi!
For OOC contact, feel free to PM this journal or poke me on plurk at librariansheart. I am also trying to be on Discord more, so you can try checking for me there as well.
Arzav is a Sithen spy mostly these days. He'll either have some sort of smiting or watching power or both, once I figure out how the heck Demesnes work and where his own is located. He will do just about anything to protect Sithen from the war. He has no problem with theft, fearmongering, ruthlessly interrogating an enemy's servant, etc., but he will never harm innocent bystanders. He is concise, efficient, and skilled. I'm undecided whether he'd kill in general, or has killed as a Sithen, but regardless I can see him being pushed to do it under the right circumstances.
Most of his business comes from Dhuosnos, but it is possible his allegiance to him may fluctuate. At the moment they are united in their desire to have a peaceful Market.
Alcuin is a pretty peregrine, obviously with angelic blood in his past who has been fed on angel and sithen ichor for the most part. He works for the (absent) demon lord Asfour (an arms dealer and co-owner of Hostess) and can often be seen in a short chiton confidently working over the Market. He is something of a spy, though he keeps that quiet, and he has contacts in each Lane, usually, though not restricted to, Peregrines and servants. (Volunteers welcome!)
Friendly and charming, but a little shy, he tends to be wary of the factions which are not Peregrine - especially Angels and Demons - but doesn't necessarily dislike them... he's just uncertain what they want from him and will be actively looking for signs that they are making a duplicitous bargain. He no longer truly remembers when he arrived, nor much of his past life, harboring a distaste for drinking of others that he does not truly understand. Kind and soft-spoken, elegant in his movements, but shy, he seems to appreciate praise and touch.
Alcuin's personal task - To find a way to restore the memories which are lost through Fading, and to remove and destroy Sins without transferring them.
Alcuin's official task - Get a line on Girl Scout cookies and/or any weapons of particular legacy - especially from mortal realms.

TL;DR Peregrine fighter, determined to create equality for the usually-downtrodden faction. Bad to meet in a dark alley.

Koromaru may decide it's too hot to bother.
Re: INVESTIGATORS
She'll be telling everyone that she is an Immortali who played around just a bit too much with time travel.
(although, she'll be secretly surprised she's not a demon.)
