Sort of followup question: how open is information about illegal children? Do people know what generally happens to them/would Phillip likely admit to being one?

It's open As a discouraging thing. Most illegal children are recycled. Rarely, they're put in cryogenic until there is enough room. The exceptional ones are given to obedient families to raise. They're never told anything about the original parents who are mind wiped, but it's not a shame to be so exceptional that they had to be put into the population.

So are actors raised by obedient families or by the company?

The actors slated to become Mythics are specifically raised by the company, but other actors could be raised by any obedient families. There would just be a preference for families connected to other actors or any of the production companies.

Could I say Phillip is slated to be a Mythic down the line or is he too old/would him being on other projects ruin that since people don't know that there are actors in this?

They could change his appearance when they transformed him, so he's aok to be on other projects! And sometimes they wait until the illegal kids are adults before sending them down, so there's no specific age limit.
