Cosima’s escape from Fallen Heaven happened fifteen years ago, but was brutal enough that most Nectors are still a risk to her if she’s recognized. (As a bandit she does a lot with vale arts using enemy corpses as weapons and this is where those tactics premiered)

Altaïr is... still named Altaïr, who is about as murderous as a Cleritor can get--which is not too much. He doesn't visit Moonfall often for fear of contaminating its crystals. He's well-traveled.
