For the Week 2 mingle, does she yet have a preference on Raiding or Diplomacy, and which other Spire to target?

Diplomacy > raiding every time. Not sure about Spire preference, only that Fallen Wrath is less likely to diplomacy and more likely to win a fight if negotiations break down.
