Most definitely. Any plans Captain Phoenix has could undoubtedly be helped/used to further their own ends.

Phillip is a spy, and pretty damn good at it. He will probably start searching for specific info as the Jaunt unfolds, but in general he just tries to get whatever he can out of anybody. (Eidetic memory and fancy mechanical eyes help with this.)

As of right now, Phillip is mostly in need of general gossip information (the who's who and where's where of the city), as well as being on the lookout for information regarding the doctor and the captain. On a personal note, he might also try and track down who Joscelin is so his mother doesn't panic. XD

I don't right now know what Claudia will be up to, but: spying. Something more coherent will follow when it's not 3 AM.

So: Tim will be trying to contact all Cryptocatholic agents, making friends with soldiers of all nationalities, and cozying up especially to any fellow caliphate agents. So he's basically information gathering, but doing so in a way that in and of itself could be suspicious to folks!

Souji is hiring as many foreign mercenaries as he can.

I don't have much to go on until the info comes out but I'm up for all the crazy and chaos. Bring all the explosions and fun times~

Nothing incredibly specific at this very moment, but Sabetha is here to move your illicit goods, move your illicit people, and rob your rivals' ships. Or possibly your ships. As long as there's money in it.

Noriko is looking for information. Anything that she can use for leverage, anything that's just...interesting.

She'll pay well.

Grisha has an extensive spying network of kids (and teens, technically) as well as a few allies, and a beggar alias known for getting information for people.

What he should probably know, in general, would include big names that come and go (at least NPC-wise), what's up with the above-the-level politics of Nova Venezia, and especially what's going on in the underworld. Who are his competitors? Who's stealing things? Who's selling illegal weapons? Who's a killer for hire? What's everybody's rates and how do different groups get along (or fail to get along spectacularly)?

Also of interest: anything unusual lately, and he'd be following the last known whereabouts of Phoenix and the good doctor if he could, although not actively pursuing.

I think that's it, as of right now, but more questions may come later.

Raidou is one of Lupa's spies/thieves as well, helped by perfect recall and proficiency with disguises. I'm hesitant to have him pick up anything about Captain Phoenix due to Minako's role, (although if Lupa's interested, then he's also interested), but he'd want to know about unusual goings-on and/or interesting items that should probably not be in the hands they're in. He'd probably be keeping an eye out for the doctor as well, but for now I'm mostly trying to stick to generalities.

In the current mingle, Raidou's using polarized lenses to look for anything out of the ordinary. I am not sure if there is anything he should/could be finding, though.

As for Minako, her interest is solely in finding and arresting Captain Phoenix. She has lots of money she can throw around to aid her in this purpose. Also poisons. And drugs.

Near is a Cryptocatholic agent, and someone who keeps his ear to the ground on general goings on and some shady dealings; there are people out there who check in with him for information from time to time. He tends to be overlooked due to his childish appearance, so he winds up overhearing a lot of stuff. So he should probably be aware of some of the prominent figures in the city, be they political or criminal. (He's been on assignment in Nova Venizia for the past two years, if that may make a difference in what he knows.)

He might wind up trying to dig things up on Captain Phoenix and the Doctor eventually, but I have no concrete plans for that at the moment.

Malik's allied and tapped in to the information network of the Hashashin, with an ear out for anything at all interesting that might lead to helping them.

He's also using his sparrow form (as of the circus showing up) to tail people of interest, both towards that end and whatever the heck the Travellers are up to.

He's using the name Tazim.
