This isn't "illicit plans" or "discovering illicit plans" so much but uh... if anyone wants something to NOT work out somehow via random inexplicable explosions...

Lucifer and Persephone are going to be causing as much mayhem as they can get away with by causing explosions and fires with their powers. Worst. Investigators. Ever.
