I'm guessing the "16th" check-in is today...? Or do you need another one tomorrow?

It essentially would be today, unless you come up with Urgent Week 1 Plot Things To Do. that was me basing the check-in calendar on the one we had for the last jaunt. XD

Any specific plans for this upcoming mingle?

Since he's been talking to a lot of leaders/newcomers as of the second day into the last mingle... I think he's going to be slowly trying to settle said newcomers in a bit at a time, and maybe start letting people move back into their homes/the village proper? Since nobody REALLY got him suspicious and certainly nobody threatened anyone, and it looks like Alosa is being pretty welcoming :P This is dependent on whether Alosa tells him no, this is a bad idea, though.

It will be a process, because the village ain't that big, man, and he doesn't want to expose all of his people to all of these people at once, just in case someone's fooled him or someone takes an opportunity that their leaders didn't intend. So, like, adults who can defend themselves first, those with bounties on their heads to tempt bounty hunters, that sort of thing. Maybe after this next mingle he'll let things go more back to business as usual?

Any specific plans for this next upcoming mingle?

Not beyond continuing to hunt for missing people. If it's made obvious/public that missing people are DEAD (I mean, that's the only option besides "hiding really, really well or with outsiders' help", but still), and it's also made obvious that there are dead people from multiple groups now, he might try to talk to the other leaders again and confer/share info.

What will you be doing the final week?

Riddick is continuing as he did last week. Quarantine, yelling at people, and being exhausted. He MAY be allowing the Bando refugees to bury the Water Dragon somewhere on the island, unless they decide to throw the Water Dragon at the Deepsinger and/or convince it to make the island its official territory or something. It's been poked at on plurk.

In also relevant news, Lyall/Tachibana will have antibiotics of a couple flavors available at the start of the mingle, to pass out to test Stricken, preferably humans first since they know human biology better than mermaid and it's more likely to work. Mermaids can come later on. A vaccine for the still-healthy folks, provided they have what they need for it, will come a few days into it, most likely?
