Bando Refugee Spokespeople
As the En Zhenming Emperor besieged the Bando Peninsula, he sent the Imperial Dragon Of Water to unleash endless rains upon the rebel armies, slowing their response time. A surgical team of assassins killed the general and stole the dragon scroll - but the best summoners in the peninsula could not convince the dragon to aid them; the metal dragon was unruly at the thought of sharing glory, and the Emperor’s assassins were a step behind. Getting the dragon as far away from the peninsula as possible, as swiftly as possible, was the only sane alternative, and this delegation was tasked with hiding the dragon in a foreign land. Still hostile within its scroll, it is like an unexploded bomb.
Exclusive Skill: Delaying Seal. Masshuu taught the delegates a brief ritual which can be used to impede supernatural abilities with focused willpower. Once per week, use meditative and hypnotic techniques to delay one other being from using any supernatural power for up to thirty seconds.

And just to note, Raito will usually see himself as the "support"/"supplies" leader among the trio - aka, the self-appointed caretaker/errands runner of the refugee group.
Also, guys - who's holding onto the scroll at the moment? Is one person carrying it all the time, or would it switch between the three every so often?

Anyway, Raito is currently checking up with his fellow leaders, and he's starting to explore the island with Mifeng. He's also doing his best to keep his brother Kotei (aka, Zed in his Infiltrator Persona) from discovering their true mission. He's succeeding so far, thankfully.
As for the Week 1.5 mingle, I do plan for him to do more exploration around the island, on top of keeping in contact with his fellow leaders regarding the scroll. He's also gonna try and practice some ninjitsu stuff, and there's a possibility of him playing big-brother-type to Saya/Pod some more.

Pulao Captain
A savvy smuggler and virtuoso with the gunpowder she habitually smuggles, the captain just wants to emerge from this without losing her ship. She’ll make any deal with anyone that leads to that end. But a profit, on top of everything… that’s worth investigating.
Exclusive Skill: You Got That Where? produce one smuggled item no bigger than your hand from an undetectable location on your person - or one smuggled item no bigger than a small sea chest from an undetectable location the size of a ship or building.

Pulao Mermaid Leader
You’re leading a group of outspoken neutral parties, but ready to rebel, and picked others who were similarly minded. However, a clash with the Empress’ Guard when you were on a private errand revealed to you that there is a mole - a loyal agent of the Empress - within your group. You do not know who or what their orders are. And you do not yet know for certain whether you are a rebel or a loyalist. You could tip either way as events unfold, either turning against the Dread Empress or choosing to crush the local rebellion - whatever best serves peace in Thalassia.
Exclusive Skill: Unpredictable Reflexes. Whether it’s starting a fight or trying at the last moment to stop it, your neutrality and flexibility lets you get the jump on everyone. In any time-critical conflict, you always get the chance to act first.

Pulao Siren
A ruthless initiative taker, thoroughly addicted to your Song and willing to use it to get your way at every opportunity, you have been an outspoken critic of everything your school leader does - not out of disloyalty, but out of your overriding desire for success. While you won’t hesitate to go behind her back or exceed what she is willing to do in order to bring peace to the Empire, you are utterly devoted to the cause.
Exclusive Skill: Body and Soul. when you use a supernatural ability which targets the body or physical health of a target, you may also instill them with fear. When you use a supernatural ability which targets the emotions or psyche of a target, you may also instill them with brief physical weakness.

Apart from the usual soap opera plans (which will definitely make this an interesting time to be Kinji) I don't have any set plans as of yet, apart from probably a lot of arguing with/against Gabrielle.

(Also because I am a butt who probably decided this very belatedly, Kinji's overlay will be named Teruo, if that's not a hassle.)

Pulao Traitor
A Stricken Siren, you have been useful to this band at every turn, quietly, staunchly loyal, but the Empress has threatened your sister with the Stricken virus and service in her guard - or with a permanent exemption to it, if you bring down the Rebels. Your job now is to feed information to the Deepsinger - a Stricken revenant humpback whale whose song can be used to strengthen and quicken the spread and mutation of the Stricken virus - and help it lure or destroy the rebels, and any in your school who dare to be disloyal.
Exclusive Skill: Shifting Totem. Twice per week, you may select a different aquatic totem and gain the appearance and abilities matching that totem.

Crownbreaker Captain
Normally you’d just be cutting throats. But you remember the Grasper, and anything that can avoid something like that coming for you again is worth a shot. Hiding keeps you - keeps all of you - safe, and you’ve got very little patience for those taking risks or taking initiative beyond the safe limits you and Alcuin have agreed on in this little scheme. But a pirate who avoids a fight doesn’t tend to keep his crew for long, and you’re very conscious of how little it might take for something to break.
Exclusive Skill: Chain of Command. The ability to use ropes, vines, whips, or chains for precise and improbable stunts, whether it’s tripping or disarming foes, climbing sheer surfaces, or something else.

I'm guessing the "16th" check-in is today...? Or do you need another one tomorrow?

Crownbreaker Merchief
With the departure of the previous Rebel leader aboard the Harbinger, you achieved your position through cool strength of will and creative thought. It is your caution and paranoia that lead to the Haunted Island plan being hatched, but now your credibility with your school, and the humans, seems to hinge on the success of this plan. While your fellow Rebels would not likely use violence to depose you, that does not mean that losing your position would be pleasant… you have become used to being what passes locally for royalty.
Exclusive Skill: Overriding Song. The power of your Song is such that it can be used to counter or shut down any other single sonic effect from a target within hearing range of you. Obviously, while hiding and miles from the Deepsinger, this ability cannot target its song - but apart from that.

Crownbreaker Stricken
Half-feral, defending a civilization you are too dangerous to take part in, loneliness and bitterness have made you furtive and far-ranging. You were the scout who first spotted the Pulao and its complement, and you are the first to hear the ghostly sounds of a song in the deeps, which you are rapidly growing obsessed with. You feel the need to explore, to connect - but you are still as afraid of the sound as others fascinated by it, and still loyal to your school leader. You want to persuade others to permit you to explore it, to go out with company, as shy as you might normally be.
Exclusive Skill: Feeding Frenzy. When in combat or pursuit, giving in to blind rage or fear allows you to move much faster and ignore pain, exhaustion, or distraction.

Cowstruck Patient Zero
Suffering from fever, swelling, insomnia, shooting stomach pains and grinding teeth, little do you know that the mysterious tropical malady you contracted is in fact a weakened strain of the Stricken virus, contracted from eating an infected fish, and that, when the virus begins to spread to other humans on the island, a study of your illness could produce a vaccine.
Re: Cowstruck Patient Zero
And question #1 from me: what sort of swelling?
