Starting in week 3, there will be far more ghosts everywhere, the living and the dead can communicate directly in dreams, and MI6 will quarantine the town.

The increase in ghosts is a result of Bern's powers and spells growing in accordance with her plans, and therefore she can use her Trap The Dead Ability TWICE this week. Please let us know if/when it is employed.

By her calculations, she's about ten days away from being able to perform the apotheosis ritual she needs, which will Trap ALL the Dead simultaneously and give her their combined powers. It may ALSO devastate the living world, the details were never really clear on that and who cares anyway.

Nothing significant this week, but Bern will abuse the hell out of this Soon. She's going to see if she can turn the surprisingly common mediums, against another if not to her.

Father Brown may attempt to yolo in the Harrogate Theater. If he got some people (I have yet to collect) to physically help him into the theater in the hole, he would bless, exorcise, throw holy water, and yell prayers at evil spirits. These are effective, but less effective on evil spirits than they are on demons. He may be convinced to perform anti-eldritch rituals using his eldritch books or other materials. Since he doesn't believe in "that rubbish", he'd only do it if it made someone "feel better."

How fucked would Father Brown be? Modly answers indicate he'd be in high mental and physical danger at the least. For me personally, nothing's off the table (though possession of an exorcist would be highly difficult, and there's more efficient ways of getting rid of him).

I've also sent this comment to Zed, since even if only one evil spirit shows up, the other might want to be in the know.

So. Towards the end of the week, Elle is likely going to be willing to make really bad/awesome life choices in making deals.

She wants to happily be with Artie again, and will totally do something INCREDIBLY STUPID to get that.
