Bit of a holdover from week 4, but Teacher is working on a proposed amendment to the Treaty to close some of the loopholes and give alternatives to Changelings/Fae who want to come to Elsewhere University to study/teach.

It likely won't be finished by the end of the jaunt though, because writing legislation is time consuming (and my work has decided to eat my face until today whoops)

Both? He's not advertising that he's doing it but he's not exactly doing it in secret either, Nye knows he's doing it but otherwise it's probably not something he's been asked about too deeply I don't think?
