H-hi, ma'am, how can Acantha help? give Circe enough rope to hang herself

Does she have any ideas to further the producer's plans to break the cutie?

So she wants to get Stone out of the way for other reasons, so I’ve been considering having him mentor figure so the producers can be convinced to have him mauled by a bear.

My other initial thought was Jean but I bet if he’s still alive he’s popular with fans so probably a bad plan.

That would work great (Acantha acts terrified of Stone, but is so eager to please that he'd try so hard if she suggested it).

And Jean is probably going to be helping Acantha out from time to time, even though Acantha gets super anxious and guilty and tries to avoid.

Pushing him at one of the new foundlings could also work, since they wouldn't be liked or disliked by the audience yet.

Yeah, looking at who the investigators are now on the plot post, keeping Sento busy/dead may also be a priority. Jaina is bad enough.

That could work! Acantha will be nervous as hell but he'd try to help.

She could also shove Gil at him, if she'd like Gil to be taught a lesson, as it were.

Haha the only problem there is that Gil is just smart enough to be annoying and would probably see what she was doing and call her on it.

She is probably right in that estimate. Acantha might get intimidated into blurting it out anyway.

Delaunay is a candidate just because he’s annoying and they’re already sort of friends but she might need him on her “humans aren’t suited for life in Home and should join the Day of Farewells to get a strong Beastfolk body” bandwagon later.

That, and Acantha doesn't want to get in the way of Delaunay's role, really!

Delaunay’s role is just to be a big sap. Circe would sell him to Satan for one corn chip.

Well, yes. But Circe is talking to the guy who stresses and overworks himself in a desperate bid to be helpful, and managed to pass out in a field, and end up with migraines and seizures as a result (which the producers have probably refused to treat, because it makes Acantha so much more pitiable).

He only wants to help everybody! He cares so much, and he's letting people down and and and--- aldkfjasl

^Acantha's response to most things, basically.

Okay yeah that’s fair, and she probably has to use her Nice Girl voice to avoid stressing him out too much because if he knows how much of her hopes are riding on his storyline he’ll have a breakdown.

Nice Girl voice probably helps a lot, as are gentle directions on how to succeed (he worries she hates him whenever he intentionally has a bout of nerves and screws up anyway)

He's sorry he's so bad at this! Performing on camera is so terrifying!

Their conversations are going to be so funny because they both can’t stand each other and are under like 8 layers of acting.

It's going to be hilarious, yup. Just the snarky comments in their internal monologues paired with the contradictory actions!
