He puts his hands on his legs and leans forward, the fires of anger burning brighter in him. "What kind of monster brings kids to something like this? Letting them be on their own without parents or guardians. They could be hurt, or worse."
He pauses, shaking his head, "This is why I don't believe in the supernatural."
"I understand what 'kids' are," she admits. "But I don't know how to tell the difference between chronoclades of mortals. I couldn't avoid bringing kids into the game if I wanted to - which I'm not sure about. They learn quickly, don't they?"
