The sudden appearance of someone he's certain wasn't there before is a surprise, but people have been sneaking up on him SO MUCH lately that there isn't much beyond a slight start.
She's got a lot of blue going on, and in Drake's immediate assessment, this puts the stranger a slight bit higher on his estimations. "Compulsory volunteering." Well, that's nothing new for anyone in the junkyard at least.
"As you'd like." ROSE had a feel of being more capitalized than just Rose, something about the emphasis of it.
He spreads his hands. "To the point then. I know the very basics of why we're all being stolen, but not the details. I have a world to return to; what, specifically, must be done to get this game over with as soon as possible?"
No arguing or demanding he be released immediately, if nobody else has found a way out in three years plus, Drake's just going to work on that on his own and not advertise it too much.
"As soon as possible?" she asks. "Mmm. I like that in theory, but in practice, we're not going to do it that way. As soon as practical? Be smart. Take charge. Be quick. Be first." She shrugs. "Then I'll win, and give you the power to go wherever you want."
'Take charge' might be hard, Drake isn't much of a Leader, he was content with his position. The rest...
"What happens when you win?" Going where he wants isn't going to help if suddenly everything explodes. He's reluctant to think someone who is wearing that much blue might be inclined to that level of destruction, but the possibility was surely there.. "To me, to everyone else here. Or the people back home."
