Week 2: You don't join the rescue effort. This is because the rescuers may reach the second obstacle of their journey in week 3 and have to pass through part of Elsewhere under your domain. You may or may not be aware of this, your choice. Details to come if that happens. Because a few shards have been lost, so have a few memories, and your domain will be slightly more dangerous and unstable. 8)

Is the domain the radius in which people get uneasy? And what does it being dangerous and unstable mean? Particularly what does it mean in play? Can I make other characters trip, or...?

Oops meant the second obstacle that may appear in week three. The domain is her special environment in the Elsewhere.

I see. Because this came up - would Dream-Eater's plot skill allow him to establish a zone that is safe for him in the place where Anna is, or in its domain?

There are lots of flying projectiles there, so not really, since it doesn’t protect against attacks originating outside the circle . Actually let me just paste what its bit of Elsewhere looks like here.

"A wind picks up as the trees give way to scenic cliffs surrounding a deep lake. The skies overhead are thick with stormy clouds that are just a bit too violet to be real. The lake is strangely filled with the water-logged wrecks of cars rocking in the waves and occasionally beaching themselves on the shore. Shards of glass from their broken windows float on the water. There are no Fairy Circles on land; they are all underwater.
Someone had to go and touch one of the cars. Without warning, the shards of glass begin flying towards anyone, circling back like boomerangs for second and third hits. And there is Anna Monday itself, rising out of the water..."

I have yet to come up with an idea for the little bit of extra instability caused by the premature losing of shards early in the Jaunt, but I’m thinking it should be something that dream eaters plot skill CAN prevent. Sorry for the weird capitalization, I am on mobile.

So the projectiles only seem to show up when someone pokes at the wrecks? And I assume the lake is too large for the 100 foot radius? Or just one of those "this is on the edge, you cannot walk around it" deals?

Yes; yes; also he would have a hard time walking on water...

I’m not sure what you mean by edge? He could decrease the radius if he needs a smaller circle or different shape.

As in, he couldn't walk around it to make the circle because it was on the edge of the map/abutted by something impassable. (I have trouble conceptualizing sizes/distance so was just kinda fuzzy on the sizing of it all.)

Is a bit of a moot point if he's not poking the cars, however. :)

Red/Chloe Frazer managed to get herself dragged over to the Elsewhere during week 1.

Is there anything that I should know about where they'll come out?

Since it’s grip on reality is unstable, it’s up to you whether or not Anna Monday has control over where it goes. Choose between Anna Mondays Elsewhere territory, or a verdant field filled with unicorns, daintier-looking than horses but stronger and swifter.
